Watching & listening to the program at the same time

Windows Media Player Test

, Hello. I just joined the site and plan to take a live CE tomorrow. So I ran the comprehensive system test and everything passed (WMP 6.4 or higher, Internet Browser, Screen Resolution) but the media player test video never seems to play. It keeps saying "connecting to media..." when I hit the play button on the media player. I have ran this on Firefox 3.6.16, and IE 8.0.7601.17514. need to log onto program twice

, I use google chrome as my browser. When I am scheduled to participate in online program, I am able to log onto your website fine. I proceed to the point where it says you are scheduled for webcast, I click on proceed. I will get to the agreement page, and click on I agree and submit. I then get a page which gives me an error message that I need to log in again. I then log in again and then I get to the live webcast page. Is there some way to prevent this? Why does AOL work sometimes???
