Scott Stolte, PharmD, BCPS
Dean, Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Pharmacy

Dr. Scott K. Stolte joined the College of Pharmacy at Roseman University of Health Sciences, Henderson, Nevada as Dean in August 2012.  Previously, Scott served as a faculty member, Director of the Division of Technology in Education, Chair of the Department of Pharmacy Practice, and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy at Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA.

Dr. Stolte earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN in 1997. After graduation, Dr. Stolte was the initial community pharmacy resident at Family PharmaCare Center, Inc. and Purdue University. The residency program was the first community pharmacy practice residency in the US to be accredited by ASHP.  Scott completed the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) Academic Leadership Fellowship program in 2004-2005.

While maintaining his interest in progressive community pharmacy practice and primary care, Dr. Stolte has expanded his areas of teaching, service, and scholarship to include educational technology, accreditation, assessment, and the application of leadership skills and traits to pharmacy and academic medicine.

Scott is married (Laura) and has two children (Daniel and Kate).  When he is not at the college, Dr. Stolte enjoys spending time with his family, attending live sporting events, reading, listening to NPR, any form of exercise or outdoor activity, and tending to his yard.  Scott is and will always be a Boilermaker.  If you are unable to reach him in the fall and winter months, it may because he is hanging on every moment of a Purdue football or basketball game.
