  • Overview

After a busy flu season, pharmacists need to prepare for the onslaught of summer time maladies in the community based pharmacy. Join "Professor Pete" Kreckel our outdoorsman as he takes you backpacking, followed by a more "civilized" trip to the shore. While taking this journey he will be pointing out potential health risks of waterborne pathogens, sunburn prevention and treatment, Lyme disease prevention and treatment, and poison ivy prevention and treatment. Whether you are a rugged ridgerunner, or a beach bunny, this presentation is full of key information to share with your patients this summer.
