  • Overview

    Most states require pharmacies to participate in quality assurance measures. However, most pharmacists are not equipped with the strategies and techniques to perform these duties. This program will provide an introduction to Six Sigma, a quality improvement system used by most industry sectors, as a data driven method to achieve quality improvement, increase patient safety, and increase customer (patient) satisfaction.
