Program Overview
This program will provide nurses and pharmacists with an understanding of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). After the completion of the program, participants will be able to define BPH and its causes. Next, participants will know how to describe two minimally invasive treatments for BPH as well as describe surgical procedures used to treat BPH. Finally, health care professionals will be able to identify two medications and their side effects used to treat BPH.
