Program Overview
This program will help pharmacists sort through all the hype related to various supplements touted for sleep. In addition to discussing good sleep hygiene, the program will provide the ins and outs of using various supplements such as melatonin and valerian for sleep. Additionally, issues related to OTC sleep aids will be reviewed.
