Mary Jo Cerepani,
DNP, CRNP, CEN
Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center

Dr. Cerepani has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 13 years, with most of her experience being in emergency medicine, burn trauma and occupational medicine. She has also been involved in research for burn trauma patients. Dr. Mary Jo Cerepani earned a BSN degree at Clarion University in 1990 and graduated with a Masters degree of Science and Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from Slippery Rock University in 1998. Mary Jo has lecutred frequently at the local, regional, and national level, and enjoys teaching and sharing her knowledge with others. She has published chapters in the Emergency Pediatric Core Curriculum, Emergency Nursing Core Curriculum, Advanced Emergency Nursing Journal, and presented research in Palermo, Italy on the "High Voltage Electrical Injury".
She is currently employeed at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
