Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") Carefully Before Using the Web site.
Member/Register User Obligations
As a member/registered user, you agree to each and every provision contained in terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified or amended by FreeCE/PharmCon at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to each member/registered user. Notices by FreeCE/PharmCon to members/registered users may be given via e-mail, a posting on the website, or by mail.
You agree to be solely responsible for providing true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during the registration process. You also agree to maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password. FreeCE /PharmCon is not liable for any unauthorized use of the website, services or your account
This website is provided to members/registered users solely for professional education and not for purposes of resale, distribution, public display or performance, or any other uses by members in any form or manner whatsoever. Unless otherwise indicated on this website, members/registered users may display, download, archive, reformat and print a single copy of any educational information on this website for personal use. FreeCE /PharmCon is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and we ask that you do the same. FreeCE /PharmCon may, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts or access rights of members/registered users who infringe or otherwise violate copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Certificates of Completion
FreeCE /PharmCon provides certificates of completion for each course that is successfully completed. All registered users/members have the ability to print these certificates of completion for your records or for submission to your licensing or credentialing organization at any time. FreeCE /PharmCon will provide continuous access to certificates of completion to all registered users/members that have not been banned.
It is your responsibility to have a printer available to print your certificates of completion, if needed. FreeCE /PharmCon will print and mail certificates for an additional charge of $10 per certificate upon request and payment.
Members: FreeCE /PharmCon provides a 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your membership within 30 days of joining we will refund 100% of your membership fee subject to the following conditions:
- You must request your refund in writing or via e-mail to email@example.com within 30 days of joining.
- You must not have earned any certificates of completion (all registrations for programs will also be cancelled automatically)
Registered Users: Paid webcasts / webinars: PharmCon provides full refunds of paid amounts if cancellations are made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the event and the request is submitted via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations after that time will forfeit their registration fees.
Auto Renewal of Membership
When you sign up online for membership, your annual membership will be set to automatically renew upon its expiration. This means that unless you cancel your account or change your renewal settings prior to its expiration, your account will automatically renew for another year. At the time of renewal, we will charge your credit card the same rate as you paid the previous year to renew your membership. Approximately thirty (30) days prior to your expiration date, we will notify you via the email address provided to us in your user profile that your account is about to auto renew and that your credit card will be billed the annual membership fee on the renewal date. The e-mail notification will also remind you that auto renewal requires that you have a valid credit card associated with your membership. You may change your renewal settings at any time by disabling the auto renewal feature in your user profile. If auto renewal is disabled for your membership, it is your responsibility to renew your membership manually.
Non-Transferability of Membership
FreeCE /PharmCon grants to members, a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable right to use this website. The website is for educational purposes only and is not intended for any other use.
Right to Monitor the FreeCE / PharmCon Forum
You understand that FreeCE / PharmCon has no obligation to monitor the FreeCE / PharmCon Forum and the bulletin boards. However FreeCE / PharmCon reserves the right at all times to edit, to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in FreeCE / PharmCon's sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions and to disclose any information necessary to satisfy a governmental request.
Restrictions on Use of Content
Unless otherwise specifically noted, all material, including but not limited to, articles, text, images, information, graphics, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, presentations, video and audio files , or any components of a program offered on this Web site, as well as any design, layout, “look and feel,” and any related computer code, software or technology (collectively, the “Content”) and all copyright, patent, trademark, service mark, trade name or other intellectual property or proprietary rights in the Content are owned by FreeCE /PharmCon or licensed to FreeCE /PharmCon by third party suppliers, or by the party credited as the provider of the content (“Content Providers”). The Content is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws and treaties. You acquire no proprietary or intellectual property rights in the Content as a result of your use of the continuing education programs included on this Website (“Programs”) or any other use of this Web site. You are required to comply with all copyright and other intellectual property laws, and all notices, information and restrictions contained on the Content. Except as specifically permitted in the Section entitled “Permitted Use of Program Materials”, you may not use Content or Program Materials (as defined below) in any manner. For example, and not by way of limitation, you must not copy, reproduce, publish, frame, hyperlink, transmit, download, upload, post, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform or otherwise in any manner use any Content. You must not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Content.
Permitted Use of Program Materials
Subject to these Terms, FreeCE /PharmCon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to view the articles, text, images, graphic, illustrations, photographs and video components (if any) and to listen to the audio components of the specific program (“Program Materials”) you have registered for using your FreeCE /PharmCon username and password. You may view, and listen to such program on a single computer for your own personal , non-public and non-commercial use. Where specifically permitted, you may download one copy of the Program Materials on a single computer for your own personal, non-public and non-commercial use provided that you keep intact and do not modify, remove or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notices contained on the Program Materials. You are prohibited from copying or storing any Program Materials without the prior written consent of PHARMCON or the owner of the copyright stated on the Program Materials.
You are prohibited from using this Web site for any purpose that is not in compliance with these Terms and any applicable international, federal, state, or local law, regulation or treaty. You may not use the Web site features in any manner that could cause harm, infect, damage, disable, take over, overburden, or impair the Web site, its systems, servers or the networks connected to the FreeCE /PharmCon server. You may not interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Web site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Web site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any FreeCE /PharmCon server, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not use any robot, spider, network monitoring or discovery software or device, or manual process to monitor or copy our Web site or the Content. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any information through any means not intentionally made available through the Web site.
Use of Web site Communication Services (Such as Blogs/Forums/Chat/E-mail)
"User Content" means letters, e-mails or other types of communication to the FreeCE /PharmCon webmaster or employees of FreeCE /PharmCon, or, if permissible, and any messages, suggestions, ideas, comments, testimonials, questions of other information posted to the Web site in connection with a program or otherwise.
You agree to only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and in compliance with these Terms. When using the Communication Services, you will not:
- Transmit information in connection with contests, surveys, chain letters, junk e-mail, spamming or other duplicative or unsolicited e-mail messages (commercial or otherwise).
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, harm, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
- Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
- Upload, post or transmit the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos or other intellectual property rights of FreeCE /PharmCon or any third party without their consent.
- upload, post, or transmit any User Content that infringes a patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual property right (including, but not limited to the privacy or publicity rights) of a person or entity;
- Upload, or otherwise make available, files unless you own the information or materials or have the legal authority to upload or make them available.
- Falsify or delete copyright information, including author attributions, notices or proprietary designations of the origin or source of software or other material that is uploaded to the Web site.
- Delete or modify any User Content posted by another person or entity;

FreeCE /PharmCon has no obligation to screen, monitor, edit or review the User Content. However, FreeCE /PharmCon retains the right, which it may or may not exercise, in its sole discretion, to review, edit or delete from the Communication Service-User Content any third party material, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion.
Third party Websites, Content, Products and Service
Confidentiality and Transmissions over the Internet
The transmission of data or information (including communications by e-mail) over the internet or other publicly accessible networks is not secure, and is subject to possible loss, interception or alteration while in transit. Accordingly we do not assume any liability for any damage you may experience or costs you may incur as a result of transmissions over the Internet or other publicly accessible networks. We will make every reasonable effort to safeguard the privacy of the information you provide us, we cannot guarantee it. Choice of Law and Venue, Jurisdictional Matters
You also agree that any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Web site shall be filed only in the state and federal courts located in State of South Carolina and Horry County and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and you waive any objection based on forum non conveniens or venue with respect to that jurisdiction.
The Web site is controlled and operated by FreeCE / PharmCon from its offices within the State of South Carolina and Horry County. The Site can be accessed from all fifty States, as well as from other countries around the world. Each of these places has laws that may differ from those of South Carolina. FreeCE / PharmCon makes no representation that the Content on the Web site is appropriate or available for use in all states or from locations outside the United States. Those who choose to access the Web site from other locations do so at their own initiative and at their own risk and are responsible for establishing the usability or correctness or any information or Content under any or all jurisdictions and the compliance of that information or Content with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Statute of Limitations
You agree that regardless of any law or regulation to the contrary, any claim or cause of action against FreeCE / PharmCon or its suppliers or Content Providers arising out of or relating to the Web site, your use of Program Materials or Content, these Terms or otherwise must be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action accrues, or it will be deemed forever waived and barred as untimely.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FreeCE / PharmCon regarding the use of the Web site and they may only be modified in a writing signed by FreeCE / PharmCon.
