      Healthcare provider burnout is an epidemic that is receiving deserved attention. Burnout has powerful negative effects both on providers but also on patients and healthcare systems. Unfortunately, little known about improving burnout, especially amongst pharmacists. 
      In this presentation, you’ll learn how burnout presents in today’s pharmacist. You’ll learn the normal causes of burnout in the workplace. And you’ll learn how one institution decreased healthcare physician burnout and potential ideas on how as a pharmacist or a supervisor can create more engagement and decrease burnout.
