With rapid advances in the field of immuno-oncology, pharmacist's roles continue to expand and evolve. This program will relate the pathophysiology of selected cancers with the mechanisms of immuno-oncology therapies as well as discuss current/emerging pharmacologic treatment options in this field. Strategies to counsel and assist patients to overcome barriers to therapy, including treatment side effects to improve adherence will also be discussed.
