    • Overview

      The food we eat plays a critical role in our overall health and wellness, not just in preventative medicine, in healing as well. In this module we will identify the impact that alterations to our food system and diet has had on our genome which dramatically impacts our health today. We will define the common vitamins and minerals frequently lacking in the typical Western diet. While recognizing the lifestyle element; the common traits of various lifestyle diets around the world.
