      Pharmacy liability for breach of confidentiality has become a greater concern over the past several decades, as pharmacists have retained more information about patients and that information has become easier to retrieve through computer databases.  This webcast describes how pharmacies may be held liable for breach of confidentiality and how to develop privacy systems for pharmacy information to protect patient confidentiality.
