    • Overview

With an anticipated increase in prescriptions resulting from the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid expansion, US pharmacy departments (including hospital, retail, long term, etc.) will have an influx of orders and fraudulent activity will be on the rise. Many pharmacists may not recognize healthcare fraud or are unaware of the legal consequences. Our goal is to define compliance is and its impact on the operations within a healthcare facility.
