    • Overview

There is a common belief among Americans that eating fatty foods leads to fat storage, weight gain and increased risk of obesity. Contrary to this belief, fatty acids are an essential macronutrient and diets proportionally high in fats have been shown in studies to lead to weight loss. This webinar will help to dispel the myth of "eating fat makes you fat."
