      This program reviews ten legal cases related to pharmacy practice in the institutional setting. The program begins with analysis of three cases related to order processing accuracy and responsibility for patient care. The program then discusses three cases alleging failure to properly control medication use within an institutional setting. The program closes with a case-based discussion of emerging trends in institutional pharmacy litigation.
