    • Overview

Pharmacy managers often find themselves dealing with human resource issues that lie outside their scope of training. The need for appropriate workplace sexual harassment prevention programs has been underscored by legislative requirements for healthcare workers, including pharmacists in the state of Illinois. This program seeks to equip the pharmacy manager with the tools necessary to recognize and appropriately respond to allegations of harassment in the workplace.
