      Managed care organizations impose requirements for the provision of health care products and services.  This webcast considers how these requirements create exposure to legal liability.  The potential liability of pharmacies is reviewed, as well as the potential liability of managed care organizations.  The case study method is used to illustrate how responsibilities may be recognized in malpractice litigation.
