Key clinical insights related to pharmacokinetics, including absorption, distribution, metabolism, and elimination are presented for each species.
The module also highlights species-specific risk factors for adverse drug events, as well as common causes of calls to animal poison control centers. This information equips pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to better assist pet owners and anticipate potential toxicity risks.
