CPE Monitor is a national, collaborative effort by ACPE and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) to provide an electronic system for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to track their completed continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits. Boards of pharmacy will be able to electronically validate completed credits instead of requiring paper statement of credits, or random audits.
Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians will receive an NABP e-Profile ID after setting up an account on the NABP website (see Get your ePID). A valid NABP e-Profile ID number and date of birth will be required for a CE provider to submit an ACPE-accredited course to the NABP. It will be the responsibility of the pharmacist or pharmacy technician to provide the correct information (i.e. ID and DOB) in order to receive credit for participating in a CPE activity. If a pharmacist or pharmacy technician is licensed in more than one state, they will still need only one NABP e-Profile ID.
Once you are at the NABP site, click the box that says Create an e-Profile. Read and agree to the Terms of Service and check the box that says CPE Monitor — view your continuing pharmacy education credit through this service. Upon registration completion, you will be given your NABP e-Profile ID right away. Write the number down and keep it for future reference.
