    • Overview

Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who understand the process of legal liability litigation can participate effectively in their own defense, often pointing out to non-pharmacist lawyers aspects of a case that should be included within the framework of the litigation.  This monograph prepares pharmacist and technicians to be effective collaborators with lawyers who defend malpractice claims.  The steps in a lawsuit are reviewed.  Suggestions are made for effective participation in one’s own defense.

This monograph is provided for educational purposes only. It is not intended as legal advice and should not be used as legal advice. For legal advice, a licensed attorney should be consulted.
