Pharmcon APRN Pharmacology CE — ANCC Magnet & Pathway Conference Booth Giveaway

This Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by KnowFully Learning Group (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is administered internally by Pharmcon Marketing, a brand of Sponsor.
- Eligibility
- Open to individuals who (a) are attending the ANCC Magnet & Pathway Conference (Chicago, IL, October 29–31, 2026), and (b) are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Professional licensure is not required to enter.
- Entrants must be physically present at the Pharmcon booth at the Conference to enter.
- Employees, officers, and directors of KnowFully Learning Group and its brands (including Pharmcon and PharmCon freeCE), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Entry Period
Entries will be accepted beginning when the Pharmcon booth opens on October 29, 2026, and ending at 11:59 PM Central Time on October 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.
- How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit the Pharmcon booth and scan the QR code displayed on the table card, then complete and submit the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter.
- Prizes
- Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) Apple iPad, 11-inch, 256GB, Wi-Fi (Approximate Retail Value: $549) and one (1) 1-year Pharmcon APRN Pharmacology CE Membership (Approximate Retail Value: $97). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $646.
- Additional Prizes (2 winners): One (1) 1-year Pharmcon APRN Pharmacology CE Membership each (Approximate Retail Value: $97 each).
- Total ARV of all prizes offered: $840.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted, exchanged for cash, or applied toward any other product or service.
- Winner Selection & Notification
Promptly after the Entry Period closes, Sponsor will compile all eligible entries received into a single numbered list. Winners will be selected using a neutral, third-party random-number generator (e.g., Random.org’s random integer generator) applied to that numbered list: one selection for the Grand Prize winner, followed by two further selections (excluding any row already selected) for the two Additional Prize winners. The drawing will take place on November 3, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected using the same random-number-generator method, time permitting.
Sponsor will retain the numbered entry list and the random-number-generator result for its records for at least six (6) months following the drawing.
- Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of a prize.
- Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and statements about their experience for promotional purposes related to this Giveaway, in any media, without additional compensation.
- Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with the PharmCon freeCE Privacy Policy: https://www.freece.com/privacy-policy/.
- Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
- Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
- Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
