Dr. Deborah Sturpe is a clinical pharmacist practitioner specializing in ambulatory headache pharmacotherapy at Duke Health. Prior to joining Duke, she spent 22 years in academia at the University of Maryland, University of New England, and University of North Carolina where her teaching and ambulatory care practice focused on general primary care, women’s health, and anticoagulation. In her spare time, she is an avid knitter and snowboarder. She also enjoys being bossed around by her Australian Shepherd dogs.
