In pharmacy, the idea of non-sterile compounding can traditionally range from the preparation of the occasional “magic mouthwash” prescription to an entire business model built on preparing specialized dosing or routes of administration for specific patients. In November of 2023, newly adopted revisions went into effect for USP <797> that have potential implications for current pharmacy practice. In this session, we are joined by a panel of experts as significant changes are highlighted, with an analysis of implications for current practice.
