Retail pharmacies boast a wide array of both prescription and over-the-counter dental care products. In both cases, patients look to the pharmacist for advice on the appropriateness of a wide range of products, from treatment options for aphthous ulcers to proper use of fluoride rinses. In this session, Professor Pete Kreckel examines the array of oral care products available in the pharmacy. He takes this information a step further, examining this product line from the lens of a pharmacist, exploring the implications of concurrent medications.
