Who Do You Think You Are? Using Personality Assessments for Team-Building and Leadership Training

Preceptors can become frustrated with students who do not meet their expectations for their rotation. Students can get equally frustrated when they are unsure of how to meet these expectations or miss the mark in the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for the success in the rotation. This session will share some of the “best practices” related to creating, aligning, and communicating what is demanded on the rotation.
