ChatGPT for Clinicians

This knowledge-based activity introduces pharmacists to foundational concepts in generative artificial intelligence and the ChatGPT for Clinicians platform. Participants will explore how the platform may support evidence review, documentation, patient education, and other pharmacist workflows while observing a pharmacist-focused demonstration. The program will explain basic prompting principles and address professional accountability, information verification, protected health information, Business Associate Agreements, and organizational authorization. Designed for pharmacists with little or no prior experience using generative AI, this activity provides a practical starting point for understanding where and how ChatGPT for Clinicians may be used responsibly.
