Legal and Regulatory Framework for Pharmacist-Provided Point-of-Care Testing

Point-of-care testing represents one of the fastest-growing areas of pharmacist-provided clinical services, but it comes with a complex web of legal and regulatory obligations. This course walks pharmacists through federal CLIA requirements, state board regulations, and the legal authority needed to perform, interpret, and act on test results.
